Amsterdam can be an intense city, but if you're looking for a quiet place to relax and recharge, this hotel is the perfect choice. Our stay here was a real surprise — charming and comfortable rooms, excellent food, and incredibly friendly staff. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. A big thank you to everyone involved! The hotel is practically located right next to Vondelpark, ideal for a peaceful walk or a refreshing run. The Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum are both within a 10-minute walk. If you feel like exploring the city center it is about 20-25 minutes, while getting across the city to the main train station is a nice 30-minute walk. If you prefer public transport, there's a Central tram stop just five minutes away.. All in all, this is a lovely and charming hotel in a peaceful area, yet close enough to easily access the heart of Amsterdam. You really couldn’t ask for a better location in that context. It was a pleasure to stay here, and we recommend it without any reservations.

The room was perfect, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a great night’s sleep every night. The location was also excellent—close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for some relaxation. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. It was the perfect start to each day! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. A fantastic stay, wonderful service, and amazing value for money—I’ll definitely be returning!

The shower is amazing, there are two heads so you can choose where the water comes from (above or adjustable by hand), and the water is HOT!! The room and hotel areas are warm although outside is cold. The bed is really comfortable. Breakfast is perfect, there is a variety of food from cheeses, hams, eggs, jams, sweets, breads... the staff is very kind and lovely. Location is great just outside the old town so the area is quiet but walking distance to the main area and close to metro station if you're tired or want to get there faster.

All personnel was very polite and helpful and willing to assist in every issue that might occur during a 7 day Stay. Location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, food was fresh, and with variety and we loved the pancake machine! Rooms are good size with big bed which was comfortable. Really appreciated the furniture for the baggage and the hooks for hanging clothes. Equipment for coffee and tea was available! Room has very nice heating!

Chose not to have breakfast as we are not breakfast people, however the hotel was really nice for late night drink and nightcap at the end of the day and we did that most nights. Rooms were cosy with all the key amenities. Would definitely recommend and go back again.
